Troop 255 was established in 2008 to serve the boys living in Golden Gate Estates. We serve Cypress Palm Middle School, Oakridge Middle School, Golden Gate High School, Palmetto Ridge High School and Gulf Coast High School, but all boys in Collier County are welcome!
The Troop 255 family consists of 14 scouts at this time.
Camping is big with our troop. We camp each month, October through April. We also enjoy a variety of summer camps each summer. This included Camp Davey Crokett in 2023, Camp Crooked Creek summer 2024 and Camp Skymont summer 2025.
We enjoy an annual popcorn fundraiser and our adult troop leaders, past and present, also run the voting booths each election at the Max A. Hasse Jr. site to raise extra Troop funds.
Our Charter Member is The Tree of Life Church, 2132 Shadowlawn Drive in Naples, which hosts topkasynoonline.com our quarterly Court of Honor
